Can you think of any questions your peer could have asked the stakeholder and did not?
Based on the questions your peer plans to ask the stakeholder and your knowledge of the case, predict the stakeholder’s response to at least three of your peer’s questions.
Answer the questions that one of your peers asked:
Company’s CIO Matt Webb:
Early in May 2003, the technology project manager, Chris Johnson got a critical message from the company’s CIO, Matt Webb. Webb invited Johnson, to a meeting with A&D’s senior managers, to explore taking over the company’s online store project. Johnson came to the conclusion that the company’s top executives had mostly overlooked the Internet and its potential for sales up to that moment. Webb was there from the start as A&D began their online store.
Questions I would ask Matt Webb to judge their satisfaction with the online store:
You mentioned some key determiners toward the "build" decision, which ones made you set on the build option for the creation of the online store?
Were the risks worth taking to build and create the online store?
On a scale of 1-10, how satisfied are you with the end result of the build option of the online store and why?
