Constructing angles is a bit complicated. But remember you can only construct angles divisible by 15 with a compass and a straightedge (e.g. 15,30, 45,60 and so on..

It is very important to understand that with compass and straightedge tools it is easy to construct angles that are the multiples of 15 degree. Based on this theory a person can easily construct congruent segments, segment bisectors, angles and angle bisectors. I hope the answer comes to your help.
