A person who had once been arrested for attempted manslaughter before and is at court for Kidnapping. The jury deems the convict guilty, how long should the convict spend in jail. (Short answer)
I say 10-15 years because they had tried to commit manslaughter and kidnapped a person. The court says that they are guilty. This is my opinion though.
