Plenty of disatisfaction with the government will be needed, some political extremist, propaganda, and fear-mongering sprinkled in, a good old martyr/massacare, one big scoop of call to action, gather and organize and prepare for 6 months to a year, top off with gorilla warfare and terrorism, and bake in a politically unstable enviroment until collapse, fill power void with temporary government and work from there.
