Hi, so Ive been doing cardio workout yesterday and when I woke up my body hurts so bad especially my legs. Should I rest or should I continue the next workout? please help

I would continue to work out that way your body becomes used to the cardio 

Don't work out as much as you did yesterday, but keep going. The more you do the easier it gets. Just don't hurt yourself, go at your own pace :)
