Despite having one of the largest economies in the world (based on nominal GDP) what problem faces Japan that could affect its economic growth?

Japan has very bad pollution that could cause a threat to growth. Plus the lack of resources needed to keep the general population healthy.
It has a very limited supply of natural resources which could affect its economic growth
