Cell phone coverage is in a circular pattern from the tower. If the equation of this pattern is x2 + y2 = 2025, how many miles away from the tower will you have coverage?

This is the general formula for circle.

 x² + y²=r² ,where r is the radius

Consider the building as the centre of the circle, then the radius is equal to the furthest distance between you and the tower that allow you to have coverage.

Hence, 

r² = 2025
r=√2025 = 45 miles
